Mailing brochures or brochures intended for long-term use are typically printed on a heavier cover weight stock. Unlike other online brochure printers who charge you extra for custom size brochures, if you already have your brochure designed to a custom size we can usually fit it into one of our standard size brochure prices. Product Standards
- Standard Sizes ranging from 3.5″ x 8.5″ (smallest) to 25.5″ x 11″ (largest) – flat sizes
- Over 12 stocks to chose in both book and card paper stock weights. From 60 lb. to 14 pt and many Recycled paper stocks for all your “Green” environmentally specified projects.
- Select 4/0 (full color front, blank back), 4/1 (full color front, Black back) or 4/4 (full color front, full color back)
- Aqueous Gloss Coating standard on front (4/0) and front and back (4/1, 4/4). Satin Aqueous Coating comes standard on all Matte paper stocks, front and back for 4/0, 4/1 and 4/4 color options
Product Options
- UV Gloss Coating – Choose optional UV Gloss Coating for front or front and back. UV coating is not available on paper stock weights less than 100 lb. and not available on Matte, Linen or Satin paper stocks.
- Custom Cutting – (One out custom cut – no charge), multiple number out cuts optional
- Folding Options – Choose flat (flyers) standard or folded (brochures) with the following folding options:
- Scoring – Horizontal or Vertical scoring options available. Availability of scoring option based on specific stock choice
- Perforations – Choose either a Horizontal or Vertical perforation option on 100 lb. Gloss Book paper stock. (Note: 80 lb Matte Book paper stock does not offer a perforation option)
- Drilling – Choose from 3 hole drilling (perfect for binders) or 5 hole Auto Drill for counter top catalog holders (mainly used in automotive parts books applications)
- Shrink Wrapping – Shrink wrap in 25, 50 or 100 piece bundles for easily measured distribution, moisture protection and protection from dog eared corners while in storage, brief cases, car trunks or when mailed.
- Samples – Drop ship samples to yourself or to a customer principal if needed.
- Save Files – Save your art files in our system for easy re-order of common print pieces ordered frequently, saves time and adds accessibility of files for re-orders from any computer
Production Features
- Turnaround Time – Standard 2 – 3 days, optional Next Day Service available.
- Mailing Services – In-house mail addressing and processing services available. We can inkjet on Aqueous Coated stock.
- Proofing Options – Choose a PDF online proof, Hard Copy Epson Proof or, if you’re 100% confident in your existing art files being “Print Ready”, you can select “No Proof – Proceed As Is” for quicker production turnaround time.
